Sorry about the delay in writing, Im travelling at the moment. I believe all there goods are made in China. And I must state I find there products very poor quality. The tablet I bought on a recommendations lasted less than 2 months and is unrepairable.

I was not asked to send my id, but anyway I wouldn't suggest bying from this website as both times I received fake items, but happily got full refunds. Just think twice before bying.

Absolute rubbish, I bought a cheaply made camera that didn't work, some so called professional dog fur clippers which broke after a couple of minutes, and they didn't want to refund me. Unfortunately for them Paypal did. I did lose out a lot in the return postage

Don't bother buying any of their clothes if you're a european size large or above - way too small and customer service don't want to know - even though there are plenty of complaints about it even on their own website.

This company is trying to waste our time. If they requested photos now, next time they will ask you to record a movie. Search google or youtube for " banggood.com bad" and you will see a lot of bad results about them.

Don't take any notice of the idiots who claimed he bought 100s of items from them, and they always honoured the refunds, they work for them. All the favourable stuff for them, is written by staff, stay clear, they are as bad as it gets. They don't do refunds willingly, it takes Paypal intervention

I too have had over 100 purchases with banggood and they have always made good on every question or problem with any item that has had a problem or question. 1st you should chat with Customer Service, and they actually do their customers a service.

Hello, When having problem with products, they have always refund me or sent me a brand new object. However, I've never ordered clothes to them, just electronics.
